Two hours a month.
Twelve months of change.

The LPP runs virtually via Teams — same day, same time, every month. No pulling people off the floor. No travel. No disruption. Just structured, progressive leadership development that builds habit and actually sticks.

You nominate the people.

Middle managers, emerging leaders, or high-potentials ready to take their leadership seriously. You can send one person or build a full private cohort.

I take it from there.

Ten live virtual sessions across six or twelve months. Each one builds on the last. Group coaching plus individual one-on-ones built in. You receive exec recap notes after every session.
